War on softdrugs seems to have started in the Netherlands.

I think the war is on..

The Dutch Minister Ivo Opstelten totally missed the goal by introducing his weedpass plan. He ignored all opposition and forced the implementation of his anti canna program, which is not only against the opinion and interest of the peoples' majority, but based on wrong numbers as well.... "Earlier reports were laid aside or were destroyed.." The prohibition to 'inhale' caused a bad breath to many a joint smoker in the Lowlands and abroad, and now the eyes of the world are focussed on the Dutch stage to follow the Slapstick show. Open mouths in unbelief because the Dutch tolerance on softdrugs only gained positive results- and responds all over. Crime rates and hard drug abuse didn't increase in Holland, on the contrary....! That's the reason why legalization of cannabis, or at least medical use of the plant, were implemented in several countries and states already.

This complete shift in democracy and theft of privacy surprised 'friend and fiend'. Members of parliament have a protected status, so it's hard to start 'legal actions' against them in a lawsuit...

...Earlier today a Dutch coffeeshop union (THC) published their concerns about these developments (see previous post) in the Haarlem Dagblad.

And they are not the only ones in action...

A lawyer from the southern provinces, André Beckers and two colleagues, will start a lawsuit against the State of the Netherlands as they are violating the European constitution and human rights. They also represent foreigners from neigbouring countries, they feel discriminated..

The community council in den Bosch even suggested to increase the number of coffeeshops when there's a need too...!!!

To be continued...

Koop ik hier: <a href="http://www.royalqueenseeds.nl>hier</a>.
