I love to drink coffee, it's the first thing I consume in the morning. A little cane sugar, no creamer and let the anti-oxidants go...! The caffeine protects against heart diseases, helps gainst headache and aging and to recover from colds and infections...it also stimulates the intestines and has a slightly laxative effect.
..and prostate cancer..!
Coffee is good for men,
according to a research released from the Harvard School of Public Health.
Men who drank the most coffee, 6 cups or more daily,
had a 60 percent lower risk of developing lethal prostate cancer — and 20 percent lower risk of developing any form of the disease..
Because the results were the same whether the coffee was regular or decaffeinated, it's not the jolt of the 'java' that provided the protection, researchers said. Instead, the benefit is likely linked to other compounds in coffee that act as antioxidants, reduce inflammation and regulate insulin.
Too much coffee isn't good either, it might cause: restlessness, dizziness, heart palpitations and tinnitus. It also might get hard to catch a sleep...
